"7 Golden Keys To Fat Loss"

There are lessons to be learned in life and one of them is empowering yourself to do better and reinventing yourself to be the best.

Yes, one of them is reinforcing yourself to lose that pouch commonly known as abdominal fat and keeping it that way.  However, there is a way on staying akin to the desired program that is suited for you.

If this were a handgun, here is how your brain would work for you in relation to the  motivation and drive on keeping this off:

The bullets are kept in a magazine.  Picture this as the thoughts that you would want to aim for and realize which is to lose that extra bulge in the tummy.  These bullets are useless if they are not fired and just remain in the magazine.

In order for them to work, you have to aim, and focus on the sight which would be the divided ridge at the end of the gun.  In this case, the mantra is to lose the belly.

Pulling the trigger would then kick the gun’s recoil spring which serves as the motivational part of your conscious mind in order for the bullet to come out and hit the intended target.

The power is in your grasp so aim well and aim high.  By doing this, it becomes a mechanical habit that you do day to day on automation once you wake up and therefore, eliminating the subconscious thought that it is repetition because this you have to do everyday for health and survival purposes.

Now, what is your habit?  How did it become your habit?  Definitely, something becomes a habit because it is done regularly.

In the reverse, wouldn’t you agree that you developed an abdominal fat because you have a habit that now needs to stop?

Using the power of suggestion, you have to start now and  keep on thinking that your abdominal fat is rapidly burning, the abdominal fat rapidly loses its hold and submits to your wish.

The important thing is to always reinforce your mind with the powerful intentions, in thoughts and in words, about your fitness plan.  Repeated thinking and affirming is automatically converted into actions.  Meaning, if you keep on affirming I am happy and very grateful that I am walking today; the sweat is rolling and tickling me while the fat is rapidly burning inside me, you’ll wake up one day walking for a few minutes to burn the fat in your abdomen.  The next days, everything becomes an effortless routine.

This is to register the thoughts to your mind.  Run your thoughts and affirm the positives.   You will see that even without struggle, you will automatically wear your sneakers for that daily walk or exercise on a daily routine and what is better is to stick to it even on a diet plan or an intended program meant for you to lose weight.
