"7 Golden Keys To Fat Loss"

People complain about their flabby thighs, sagging hips, rotund bellies and double chins.  The same people, just like you and me (guilty, your honor!) have tried many weight loss programs that only added to the madness and made someone else’s pocket richer by the dollar in an effort to be trim, fit and for our own personal reasons.

If we were to dissect these two words, personal and reason, it would not make sense to put these two together on a health conscious point of view because looking at someone else’s poster for one is personal but would it be beneficial for you in the long run?  Looking at a neighbor who seemed to be born with the body of a Grecian athlete does not justify it to be personal nor should it be motivational because it does not really motivate the psychological and physical aspect of losing weight and this could even lead to an unhealthy nervous system and a worry on the hormones.  So, moving forward to the word called “reason”, is this reasonable?  Is this rational?  I have heard and gone through the argument and still the main component is being overshadowed: Health.  What should be your ideal weight in proportion to your height and age plus the right nutrients and sustenance you need once you have reached a certain age group and a certain phase.

Therefore, it is a fact that weight loss is all about modifying your lifestyle habits to a considerable extent.

In addition, proper encouragement from your friends and family is essential in order to keep you determined and motivated. Without their support, you will not be able to lose weight successfully.  Looking like the next supermodel will not help since you are not entering the contest but do it for you!  The important thing is you!  Your family and friends should endeavor to strengthen your resolve you to be fit and healthy and not the image of something that you are not.

Choose a weight loss program which offers support to its members in the form of a support group or forum. In a forum, you will get support and tips from your peers and experts alike.

You should try to surround yourself with positive people and stay away from the negative people who can only find faults with you!

Having a good exercise workout is still the best way to get rid of that extra belly fat with all the love and care of the people rooting for you.

As an example for starters, try to start with 10 push-ups or try to run around the block with one lap and then as the days go, try to add or two extra push-ups or add laps while enjoying the view when running.  For every number completed, never forget to thank yourself since you have achieved where others have failed.  Have a reachable target.  You see, when you start small, it becomes much easier to reach your goals!

By following these tips there is no reason why you won’t be able to lose weight. Remember that you can achieve whatever you believe in your mind.

I’m having a hard time coming up with what my goal weight should be. In high school I was 130 and felt extremely comfortable at that weight. But I have had 2 kiddos and my hips are definitely bigger.
145 is my goal currently and its on the high area of “normal weight” according to BMI. I am 25 years old, 5′4 with a medium body type.
Do you guys think I could get back into the 130’s? Seems SO far away…
