"7 Golden Keys To Fat Loss"

This is not an attempt to paraphrase an all time famous line from a master poet and writer but this is the dilemma that has plagued the weight conscious since time began or even before they discovered the word diet.

If you were to think of it hindsight, this is one cliché that has been used so many times to hype up the psyche of everyone that has been weight conscious especially those who have unfortunately been plagued of the term “over weight” (yes, my hand is raised.)

If you want to lose your weight, you develop an attitude that will lead to permanent weight loss for you.  Losing weight is not only for aesthetic purpose or the boy or girl next door to swoon over you but this is a plea for your health and a cry for you to love yourself and care for yourself coming from me.

People complain and blame.  But what are they doing anything about it?  They may have complained time and again but may have done something about it time and again, yes, I am now nagging and using the words “time and again”, because this has got to stop!

One big mistake every dieter do is to pick out a complicated diet that is almost impossible for them to maintain. All you need to do is ask yourself these questions:  Do you really want to lose weight permanently, or just lose a few pounds so that you can enjoy putting them back on again?

The essential key to this is right there all along which more often than not takes time for people to accept. A slow and steady weight loss.

The other common mistake is to view your diet as a period of martyrdom through senseless starvation and deprivation of the needed nutrients for sustenance.

You do not have to look at the word diet as a bad word because there are always alternatives plus it will require you to change your outlook and your behavior.  If you were one of those star struck fans following some model or superstar, did it ever occur to you that they also follow a certain regimen to keep fit to the point of even sharing their diet secrets which are not even secrets?

The most important point in dieting is to move on. Learn from your failures as well as your success and do not use a mistake as an excuse for giving up. The only way to achieve your goal permanently is to make a commitment to become a healthier person. Learn to enjoy food in moderation and you have every chance of avoiding these bad diet mistakes.
