"7 Golden Keys To Fat Loss"

Hut!  Halt!  Experts agree on one thing about getting rid of abdominal fat:  Regular exercise and intense physical activity dissolve abdominal fat many times better and safer than other methods.

Attention!  Admit it, because of procrastination and dealing with the mundane, people, you and I, yes I!  Guilty as charged, would postpone doing this for some other time.

By simply reading this article is a sign of certain readiness from your end to start a fitness program.  The program may be self-initiated or done with the help of a trainer.  Whichever way, the most important at this very moment is for you to listen to the train of thoughts in your mind.

In simple language, mind over matter and yes, this is not only achievable but just for the sake of argument, it is a holistic view and natural view to start treating your body right.

Now, it is only but natural that with every self-motivation, a certain level of excuses that are actual negative vibes would come into play.  These are little things that you may already know greatly affects you a lot, even me and everyone else in the world.  You are not alone.

Sure!  You’re in a bad mood.  Sure!  You have difficulty waking up 30 minutes before you can really jog?  Sure!  You may need a companion just to start those brisk walks.  And yes, sure!  We all have other problems and concerns.

With all this negative talk, do you still want to exercise or put yourself in a program just to stay healthy?

Yes!

Say to yourself, “Yes, I can do it!  Yes, I can jog around on my own!  Yes, I have the time to walk from the office to the next station!”  Repeat this as many times as you want with power and emotions to give a strong signal to your conscious mind of your firm commitment to do the fitness plan.

I will not feed you with so many things to do so you won’t have an overload and go back to doing nothing.  As a final recommendation for today, open your notepad or any word processor where you can write your commitment.

Write down your commitment like this:  I am happy and very grateful that I am walking today.  The sweat is rolling and tickling me while the fat is rapidly burning inside me. Put this message as wallpaper in your computer, or post it around your room so you will always be reminded.
