For every revolution and advancement, there is always a downside because science will always find a way to make things easier for people and we are the ones that are integrating the science with our own lives. Even lean people are not spared from this once their abdomen starts to accumulate that unnecessary fat.
This is not just for the drama of having a good body as a person ages but for health purposes as well.
Visceral fat or fat that amass the surrounding organs of the stomach is dangerous for both men and women. Furthermore, the risk on women is greater since this is coupled by the occurrence of either pre-menopause or during the menopausal stage.
Henceforth, an expanding belly or protracted hips should not be taken merely as an ugly occurrence but it should serve as a sign that the body could be saying something.
In dealing with abdominal fat, pay more respect to what the body is saying and not on what other people are saying. Do not wonder but do something about it.

oh so true! when i was trying to lose weight, i was ashamed of what other people say. i agree that one must respect his/her body.
